USA Orders: We'll receive your order and process it within 2-5 days after purchase. As soon as we ship your item(s), you'll receive an email from us with tracking info. Delivery takes 10-14 days after item ships. Our items ship directly from our manufacturers to your door to save you additional shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY
At Gigi & Ems we want to give you the best shopping experience.
Store Credit
You have 14 days to return your order from the day you receive it. Anything received to our warehouse after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to request and pay for the shipping back to you
- If you'd like to return your items you may do so for a store credit. The customer is required to pay return shipping fees and they are nonrefundable. Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
- You must submit a returns request to gigiandems@gmail.com. We will provide you with our ($7.99) return shipping label. Please include your order number when e-mailing. Please do not email more than once, as you will lose your place in our email queue. Unfortunately, we do not provide international, APO, FPO, and DPO address, return labels.
- You must reply to our email within 48 hours, otherwise we will discard your email, and assume that you are no longer interested in making a return.
- All returnable items may be returned to our warehouse for a refund. We do not cover any shipping cost, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
- There is no restocking fee. Return shipping label ($7.99) is to be paid by customer. This amount will be deducted from your product (subtotal) refund.
- Items returned without authorization will be disposed of without credit being issued.
- As soon as your return items reach the warehouse we ask that you would allow us up to 7 days to process your return and issue the refund.
Replacements:
- We firmly stand behind our products. We will replace your item if it has a manufacturing defect.
- *We need a photo of the item to be replaced showing the defect in order or size to request a replacement. Please note, refunds are not given for any of these reasons. We will issue a reorder. Refunds will be given when items are returned to us.*
