Do you ship internationally?
- No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I pay in my own currency?
- All of the prices on our website will checkout in USD (US Dollars). If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issues processes the transaction.
How long does shipping take?
- We will process and ship out your order within 2-5 business days. Your item will be delivered to you within 10-14 days after you have placed the order. Please note that we are closed on the weekends and all major holidays.

Where are your products from?
- Our current suppliers are located all over the world. We ship directly from our manufacturers to save our customers an additional shipping + packaging cost.
How can I track my order?
- Once you place the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a tracking number.

Can I still make changes to my order after I have placed it?
- Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Once you receive the items you can return it for a refund per our return policy.

Missing Packages
- If for any reason you do not receive your item, please contact Gigiandems and we will look into your order. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were confirmed delivered by the post carrier. We are not responsible for address error made by customers when placing the order. If an order has been processed, we cannot change the address.
